You are sadly incorrect if you believe that any business owner "has the right to refuse services to anyone". Check your history and the law. Business may not refuse service to someone solely based on their race, creed, religion. They can find some other reasons but they can't say that. So your argument is very poor. Businesses can no longer put up a sign that says "WHITES ONLY". Are you from this country? Now in her field she can do that because she is not bound by the laws that would prevent her from doing that obviously as her business is, well you know, I'm sure. First let me give you my opinoin, if a provider wants to see a certain race only for whatever the reason may be that is her business, she does not want my money fine with me there are plenty of holes out there to choose from, and I don't think there is any need of an apology either.

I have seen adds by girls that will not see Mexican's, will not see whites, and so on. It does not make her racist to not want to be with someone of a particular race or to only want to be with someone of a particular race. As for racism, and yes I will make a lot of people angry but I see it more from the black community towards the white than vice versa, and no I am not white. I am also not Black, I am for the most part Native American, so I know a little about not being excepted, do I see everyone as racist no. Do I take exception when I am excluded again no, I roll with it and move on. As for what else I am, like most Americans I am mixed Irish, Dutch, and if I go far enough back and look hard enough a few others I am sure. My real point here is why play the race card, do you really know what your ancestry is, the choice is yours or theirs of who to see or not to, based on the color of skin of the attitude you portray when making contact, it is a choice and the given right of all Americans. Does it make it right or wrong that is not for me to judge. Let's just try and get along forget the race and remember we are here to help each other not condone or condemn based on what we feel.
I personally have never seen a provider that stated "no Mexicans" or "No Whites" if I did see a provider that had that as a part of her add or site, I would feel the same way and very likely post the same post. They can do what they want but it is a turn off to me and I felt the information was useful so that some not waste there time if they are the excluded race are also turned off by a provider that thinks and advertises that way. Very simple.
You want to open up a can of words on who is discriminated against more often etc. I'm sure you can find a board with some folks that are highly educated on the subject that can hold their own. I could actually do very well myself but recognize this is not really the time or place.

I firmly believe we're all racists to one degree or another.
