Okay, I should have been aware and knew when to move on to another provider since I have been in this situation before.

I called at wanted an outcall to my hotel which I asked for Christina (called the 407 number) , her girlfriend Angel answered the phone and explained that she was on an appointment and could call me back in about 15 mins to a half hour.
