I took a stroll around the eat side this morning during the storm. 6 am Dundalk was empty, Conklin was empty. Went down to BP and it was like walking into a Walmart of SW'ers. I think It is important to know the going rate for drugs on the street even though we may not indulge because that essentially drives what the going rate is for us hobby addicts. It is clear to me that at today's prices in Baltimore, a drug addict pretty much into dope, crack or your drug of choice needs about a Jackson a day to maintain, they are not happy campers but that is pretty much one in the morning and one in the evening. Anything about that is icing on the cake, so they more you give anything above daily maintenance, you are just driving the curve up for everyone. Now that is not to say the best ones can be gotten for only double daily maintenance (as I've paid more for special services above and beyond the call of duty) but basically everyone out there has a price. So when a girl tells you she doesn't do this or that, it's all BS, they'd rather not do this or that but if you name the right price, all services are always available. But then that drives the bell curve up. Just remember that you ain't getting much cake, it's all frosting above the bell curve but I supposed if you like frosting.
