Rosco are and Tiny T are right. Friday / Saturday 11- But the geography is a little off. Not many on Harbor anymore. They're a block in, east of Harbor, on and Bewley St between Washington and Hazard. Those two blocks are where you want to be. On the west side of Harbor, its Hazard, 7-11 parking lot, and in front of La Guadalupana Produce.

There were a ton of PD at the Chervon on McFadden / Harbor, like 7 or 8 squad cars so keep an eye out.

I must have seen a dozen girls on the west side. Some WSWs a bunch of LSWs. On and Bewley are the BSWs, some ASWs, and one WSW. You'll find them on Washington and 11th too but Bewley is the main track.

At 0300 they might be done. I was there on Friday 11/23 (or maybe I got lucky because its black Friday and they need to make $ for all the shopping?) from 11-02 ish. So I was out and about Friday. Lots of girls at 5 he 7/11. Basically pick of the litter. As the night wore on several more girls came out. Mostly black girls with a couple wow and LSW.

Much of my cruising happened on Harbor passing around the Hazard area that is until I went down the bewley area. Good gawd man. It was like LA traffic. You have many options actually a few are go to California girls to chat with the many ladys they have enjoy a few shows then walk outside for desert. You could also park inside parking lot take a walk to 7/11 and scope out the girls up close before you pick them up. You could park in the corner of the two main streets and track LE presences. Since I'm very paranoid and picky I usually drive around for an hour window shopping and when I see a girl I like I check waze to see if anyone reported any LE presences (saved my ass a couple of times).
