I refill with 50/50 Hydrogen Peroxide and 90% rubbing alcohol (avail. At Walmart behind the counter) and shake. I ask every provider to rinse out her mouth and I do it first (so they know it's safe). Have them since for 30 sec. Not a quick in and out, I have never had a provider refuse but if they did --I'm gone.
