I say 1. 0 , Any amount above that is up to me. If she has an attitude, it cost her.
If she goes above and beyond, she gets rewarded.
Once you've paid oit all the money she expects, it's just a matter of getting rid of you as quickly as possible and on to the next sucker, as there's no more incentive for her to care if you're satisfied or not.

The current girl at Coco who you've seen is very lax with the gift exchange. Not a single mention of the gift until I'm about to leave. Truly feels like a genuine encounter up to the end. Offer 1,0 and the prospect of a tip afterwards. Provides incentive and weeds out the greedy scammers that talk a good game but don't deliver. I may give her another 20,40,50 or more depending upon how she takes direction and how eager she is to please me.
I go for BBBJ, BBFS and dropping a load on her. So like a good meal in a restaurant, I'll leave a tip at the end, indicating how satisfied I am with the service.
Handing over 1. 5 or more up front or paying in full before hand is asking to be discounted on the service side.
