Just wondering are you supposed to bring your own cover or do they already have them? Any other practices that are unique to Washington that I should be aware of?

Myself I have been to a couple quite a while ago that offered BBFS, so cannot say for sure about CFS and whether the have condoms. I suspect they do.
I have also been to a few AMPs in Hawaii (Oahu area), and did not run into anything different than here.

I suppose there are more that only do HJ and no FS but there are places all around Seattle and neighboring cities where you'll find FS AMPs. For BBFS you might need to head up north though, to places like eurotouch and elite. In my experience they all have condoms there.
