She seems to have taken up shop right where you saw her. She tends to currently be hanging a lot in the GoGo Club parking lot near the Car Wash Guys. Cruising the trail last night around midnight dodging LEO, they were in just about every parking lot and side street in the mall area. Yeah she's a little taller than the average spinner and wanted GPZ donations but settled on 60 coins.
