Saw a panhandler possible SW at 44 west exit to Kingshighway. I was late for work and there were too many cars behind me to do much more than look.
WHT / 20-30ish / dark hair past shoulders / jeans / purple phone in pocket.
Maybe tomorrow I will have more time.

Sat next to a guy in a bar tonight, he told me about an encounter he had earlier with a WSW named Cindy. Not sure if he was making it up or was just some dream, but this was his tale.
Said he picked up Cindy on west side of Broadway few streets south of Bates at about midnight. Cindy is slender, bleach blonde, looks good for her age, but she's got to be about 60 years old, she likes to drive either north or south on Broadway until entering the next local police precinct, no haggling over price, BBBJCIM, took about 15 mins but there was no rushing, she had been drinking so she was talking all loopy, dropped her few blocks from where picked her up, right after she asked if she could light crack pipe in car. Um "no."

Said he picked up Victoria (Vicky) on west side of Broadway across from Hardees at about 11:30pm. Vicky has dark brown hair that was up, about 30 years old, H / W proportionate, nice B cup breasts, wearing black pants and dark shirt, she was walking with a black guy when first pass by, gave / got the look and next pass her companion walked away, she said it was her friend and he's not a threat, OK by me. Cop check, went to deserted location off Broadway, no haggling over price, BBBJCIM, took about 15 mins but there was no rushing, she played with balls and eventually drained every drop, she knows her stuff, dropped her few blocks from where picked her up, she said she is looking for legit job to pay bills, not sure if that meant in addition to or instead of SW work, same girl as posts 2761 and 3139.
Would recommend to all.

Was in the area and decided to see if anyone was out. Bad timing on my part, looked like high school just let out. There were people on the streets everywhere. I concentrated on the ones not carrying backpacks. Among them, things were scarce, probably because LEO had setup in the parking area next to where ALDI's is / was. Then on Pasteur. 2 LEOs making a housecall, looked like a domestic call, but lots of onlookers. Went up to the Rock Road and cruised the local area, LEO was there too. Decided not to waste anymore time or gas. This was between 2:30 and 3:30.

They can't "pull people over without reason" law enforcement has to have probable cause to pull someone over. If they pull you over ask them if they had probable cause to believe you had broken the law in some way.
I must have sat next to the same guy, told me the same story. Apparently he was at the light (coming out of Hardees drive thru on Broadway) when he saw her walking on the other side of the street. Made eye contact, pulled across the street and picked her up.
Very attractive face (at least by SW standards) great attitude, no drama. Above average oral skills. She offered half and half for $40 but he went for the $25 BBBJCIMS. He said she took her time and did the job quite well with no rushing. No doubt, he would repeat.
