They tend to be 40 to 60 year olds, but good to great service. Mikki at Lucky in Jackson is a legend, a solid body but is probably 60 something. A couple in Indy that are pretty good and a bit younger, but if you drive all the way to Indy you might as well visit a DI escort. The only slight chance I'd make is add Sun in Toledo for FS. They survived the recent sweep that closed several places. Sun has been reliable in my experience.
