I happened to see Amber the other day hoofing down Wilkens. When Amber had a regular place to live she was always dressed nicely with her hair neatly brushed and her makeup perfect. Picked up Star this morning, Feb 21, around 7 AM on Pontiac and 5th. She looked good and decided to take her to a no-tel. Cruising through CB today at 230 pm and uncle LEO in plain clothes had a girl in restraints on Fairhaven. He got out of a black Tahoe.
