(2) Any person violating the provisions of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.
$1,000 is the max fine for a first degree misdemeanor offense. (Florida).

With the girls moving to the body rubs I think this will give them the latitude to have some subpar performance.
