On Monday morning at 8:07 am I received a text from my new favorite provider, "hello morning, 3 new girls arrive last night". As she promised there are 3 new girls w / her. Generally speaking, independent providers get all the money that you give them. Tipping is not required. The price you agree upon is the price you pay. Some providers may ask for tips, but this is not much different from upselling, which is generally frowned upon.

That's how I understand it to work, anyway.

Definitely frustrating having your time wasted like that. You say she's a "known" provider, so I'm guessing she's not know for doing this since you chose to see her.
