Joking aside the AMPs on the mainland in many areas US or Canada often have OTAs on staff. OTA meaning Other-Than-Asian. In LA you find lots of Latinas. Same thing in Texas, Arizona and Nevada. West Coast Canada and US, especially Seattle you find lots of Russian chicks. There is one in Seattle right on top of a popular Russian owned bar / club that is all Russian girls. I agree with your decision to post here, but understand the confusion. I find it interesting that he and many focus on all massage parlor a and treat them all the same but not all massage parlors traffic women. If they are truly investigating for the intent to identify those who traffic, then targeting them all and prosecuting all owners is like giving all cars on the road speeding tickets even if you're not speeding. Do enough investigating to prove they are trafficking not just protitution. This is why the prosecution office can't convict anyone because they pull the trigger and arrest before they have enough evidence to prove their case. This is the most backwards ran state government in the US.

Then, I would ask him straight up. Are you targeting AMPs to shut them down? Or, are you actually trying to solve the problem of human trafficking? He would lie and say that he is targeting human trafficking. Then, I'd ask him what it looks like to him. Then, I woudl show him all of my documentation and how all of my girls are legal and working here of their own free will. What that will do is set his sites on other targets first as he will know that he won't be able to get me because I will have a deep paper trail demonstrating that my business is clean. I remember when that place had good talent; black, local, white and asian women that were young, beautiful and fun to fuck. It's in a fantastic location for an AMP next door to one of the most popular strip clubs on Oahu, a first stop for a strip club patron looking to relieve the blue balls.
