Looks preferences are very subjective. For example I dig Shiny and would give her oral skills a 9 or 10 but looks wise I don't think she's even close to a 10. I find it curious that you find Nara or Michelle that much lower in looks than Shiny but to each his own. Imanas is usually packed with customers waiting outside for a table. When I used to frequent Kings I went during the day, which was nice, with plenty of parking and the area was fairly quiet. I was told that the place was dead in the evenings when the restaurant was open.

A 10 in my book would be, say, Charlotte McKinney.

He's really old now and I know he had problems with that doctor who rebuilt the building in the front. The doctor knowingly exceeded his permitting and tried to get the city to change a variance. Maybe the old owner got frustrated and decided to sell. I'll ask him the next time I see him. I'll also ask if he got freebies as the landlord. Haha.
