I have lived in several states and have been to all 48 states and played in a lot of them. What I have found is some sites are popular in some areas and not in other areas. There are sites that are pretty much one city but most are regional. I can't speak on what it cost the ladies to advertise on the different sites but that could have a bearing on it. Bottom line, it is the sites the players like the best in each market.
