Hawaii News Now ran a piece on the Gogo Spa raid at 10 PM. It said the raid was conducted as a result of a grand jury indictment, so I assume Gogo Spa had been under observation for some time now. Glad that there was no mention of any mongers being busted.

I haven't heard that yet from any of the candidates. Girl is now not a "criminal" but a victim, and won't be prosecuted. The AMPs that hired her are now culpable for trafficking. And remember: she's legal to work, but she's still engaged in illegal activity (at lest, until she claims she was "trafficked".

See how easy it would be now to get any working girl to flip if they get busted? Or how easy it would be for a cop to say the girl trafficked so they could shut down an AMP?

More AMPs were raided last year, all within a few days of each other.

Also, I don't recall any AMP raids prior to the large APEC conference a couple years ago.
