If subsequently they are convicted of prostitution again it's not just prostitution but something like "Aggravated Prostitution" or some other like offence. If a state has a law like that and somebody is convicted of that offence then we can reasonably assume they have been tested by a competent medical authority and do indeed carry one of those STD's. If those records are public and available on the internet then yes you can post that.
I checked a few sites (I admit I didn't check a bunch) and from what I saw Massachusetts doesn't have a law like this on the books. (I'm not saying it doesn't, only that I didn't find it in a quick five min search) If it does, and you can tell me the statute so I can look it up, then you can show me the conviction for that crime then yes you can. But police records (and criminal records) are not accessible to the general public (and certainly won't be found on the internet).
