To your point about pre-pandemic stability, she made her splash February 2020. Meanwhile on March 11,2020, the World Health Organization (WHO) declared COVID-19 a pandemic.

Since you are from LA, you might want to try to get through the screening process.
Some orgs don't take LA refs (similar to how some LA orgs did not take Bay Area refs).

Only a few offered PSE (with an upcharge).
