IMHE, I haven't been so lucky with that approach and its not for lack of experience in general with mongering. What I have found is that far more often than not is a) you usually wind up paying double for 2 girls doing half the work b) if the friend is already a working girl, she's usually nowhere near as good in terms of either looks or service or both (after all why would she want to introduce you to possible competition) and c) if the girl is a newbie who your girl is either trying to impress or teach, regardless of that girl's prior non-pro experience, she'll usually be much more reserved about what she'll be willing to do with some strange guy.
