I never tried R2U because I suspected that they were not what they represented themselves to be. Just something about the site and how it works. Anyway. The provider that ran her SUV over the guy out in Portsmouth. Was she from R2U? I thought it was an agency involved in that mess.

That is only to get the girl to your door. The girl can then start asking for tips and extra charges (of course, still not being specific as to what you get for the extra money). If you and the girl do not come to an understanding and she walks away, even if she never came in, you're on the hook for the fee already charged to your card.
So, do you care to gamble that, the girl that arrives is the girl in the pic, AND does not require extra tipping, AND will provide all the services you expect?
We have to remember, even though this web site (or business) did employ Tai (who is now Jenae and not worth seeing because she changed her rules).
