Rates vary from $140 for hhr to $300 for hr.

Booker was indecisive on whether to keep Anne at PD or send her to Tokyo. Anne is being kept at PD for another rotation, which means she should be at Tokyo next rotation. Also, Bella was showing on PD website last night and now it's showing Noah at PD and Bella at Tokyo. I think they did a last minute switch.

Side note. Tokyo doesn't always rotate every 10 days. Sometimes it's the 1st and the 16th of the month.
