You won't find any women at the Wilmington st. Store, ever. For pros Capital Blvd is best, but even that's hit or miss and most of the "women" are trannies. When I popped in a few days ago it was a couple guys who walked in, put on a wig and dress, then started walking around. Once around noon and once in the evening.
