"Sugarbabies" / "Arrangements" Amateurs or Not?

I thought about going to rental option (basically having my own "fuck-apt"). But the cost (I am in San Diego) and the logistic do not make sense. Cost-wise, is more expensive in SD for rental than mid-class hotel (50-60 / night ones). Logistic-wise, too much paper trail and no good for me (I am married and want to keep it that way)

I tried to go to hotel for FC, and it is a hazard. (Checking price / location, credit card trail, . Etc). I am looking for SBs who they can host now, but this limits my pool significantly. .

So, I tried the rental unit in a different way. I put a SB in an investment place I own in dog town expecting to visit her twice / week. We mapped out the expectations in detail, obviously not on paper. Rent I charge for the 2 BR house is $800 / month, so I figured CPO (one Orgasm / visit) at$ 92. 30. Not bad right?

Well, the reality was I had sex 0 times in the 6 mos it took to get her out of there. She came up with excuses at first which were believable ish, then I found out she had moved in with the recently paroled BF. Of course I was vulnerable to her potential attacks and she threatened me with exposure. I finally said "fuck it " and shut the water and power off. Now I'm getting $800 / mo to apply to my hobby.

Don't do it! I know renting a room makes economic sense but there is a paper trail and you ultimately are at the mercy of a potential felon. That was in my Nando 1 days, which I will never seek again, no matter how horny I get.

On a positive side, If you rent a rolling hotel room, at least it will be sterile and not have your personal papers in there anywhere. And you can stock it with refreshments, condoms, sex toys, and other paraphernalia necessary for the sex trade, and would keep them out of your car trunk, gym locker, or other places that could trip you up.

Credit checks can show up on your credit report, so be aware of that.

What you could try is one of those extended stay hotels, though; the per night cost for those is lower than most hotels, and they usually have kitchen facilities and sometimes more than one room.

I've been also thinking about similar options like others here. Problem with a lease for an apartment, the credit check will show up on your credit report and usually they'll require deposits of the first and last month. You'll also need to pay utilities and possibly buy some basic furnishing. And then the SB also has a physical location to tie your real identity to. And if you decide to keep a full-time SB in your apartment, you'll have eviction and guest issues that Hernando experienced.

I just did a quick search, and quite a few 2 star hotels offer weekly and monthly rates. I found some motel 6's near my area for $42 a night over a month, $50 a night over a week. That comes to about $350 a week or $1200-1300 a month but that includes utilities and house-keeping. No credit checks. And you're not locked into a long-term lease. Also I bet if you called up a mom & pop motel you might be able to get a more competitive weekly or monthly rate. If I could find a place that would rent a room for $1000 a month or 250 a week, I might experiment with this for a month at some point. As Hernando said, aside from having a dedicated FC it's useful for storing your sex and sugar paraphernalia. The only downside is that my current SB is 90 miles away, so having a local rental FC would be mostly useless to me at the moment.

I too thought about the rental idea but I decided against because I wanted to leave no attachments. My fear was a baby from the past just showing up when I'm with another baby. Talk about a recipe for disaster. The idea was appealing to me mainly for quickie with babies, which brings me to my question.

1.) Most motel / hotels aren't hourly establishments, so how do you handle early checkouts when it's not an overnight?

2.) How do you answer the question from potential babies who ask why do we have to meet at a hotel? I've been asked this a couple of times and replied that it was due to the fact that we just meet and I wanted to establish a relationship before entertaining her at my home. The problem is that this is only a temporary excuse. How do you go about making them comfortable with meeting at a hotel long term? This is were the married guys have it easy.

My main fear is the SB will be able to find my identity from where I live. If I legally reside "at a friend's place" (for my financials and all other purposes, including all my mail), I think I can rent the apartment without it ever tying back to me. The only document that ties me to the apartment is the lease agreement which I do not believe is public record.

This isn't a chump change savings-the FC is the 2nd biggest expense right after the sugar itself.

I've never had an issue with getting a receipt in the mail or any other paper trail following me. If it's a nicer hotel, I either check out when I'm done, and if the person at the desk asks, I just say it was a get away for my wife and me for a couple of hours, and they are fine with that. I never check in with the baby, so they have no idea what my "wife" looks like. Again, if you make your reservation through Orbitz or Hotels. Com, there is no paper trail that the hotel sends you. A third option, which I have also done, is to just go back the next day and check out normally, as if I had spent the entire night there. The one thing to keep an eye out for is not to book a room at a chain that you have reward points with, as that will show up on a statement, and then you got some 'splainin' to do!
Lastly, when booking online, I use the baby's name as the registered guest, just in case. I've found that when I show up to check in, I say the room is "under the name XX", and since it's prepaid, they are fine with that. I just give them a cc for incidentals, and since there never are any, there aren't any issues with charges showing up later.

I just rented one at a local UPS place, and I put my Sugar name on the address heading. They didn't seem to care, even though the rest of the contract had my real name and info on it. The gist of what the guy was telling me was that I could put whatever I wanted as the receiving information. I could pretend to be Robert Redford! Apparently they have seen this sort of thing before. I'm just wondering how many of my local brothers have boxes there!

The rest of the address reads like a regular street address, no box# or anything like that, so it is completely legit seeming. I have not yet fully fathomed how this can be used to my advantage in the Bowl, but I'm sure there are benefits that I just haven't thought of yet. Could I get a state id card with that address on it to use for hotel check-ins? I'd appreciate any infor or intel from a more experienced member of the club.

So if you still list your residence as your billing or residential address it could still become attached to your credit report (and the public information provider's databases).

Ok, so I'm doing my normal all over the place SB search. I got 3 to 4 lined up over the next few days. Then based on the advice I saw on the board about hitting the babies as soon as they sign up, I started doing that.

So today, I run across this absolutely stunning young 21 hottie. She actually models part time, in school full time and loves sex. Sure. Right. Well she only has body pics online and she sends a few face pics to my email. And wow! So we chat on the phone immediately and setup a meet and greet for today! Wow. From email to date in less than 20 minutes. Most of the time I would think there is something fishy, so wish me luck. The monthly amount is very reasonable!

If this works out, I have about 3 to 4 others that I'll be putting on the back burner.
