Also, we all may not know the whole story behind stiffing payment, but I find that it's wise to just give the money. You pay for the hassle. I've had a girl threaten to scream bloody murder and rape if I didn't give an extra $20. It's easy to forget how desperate their situation can be. For us, a little money can save a lot of grief.
