Then other guys read what you write and they make their own determination however the fuck they want on how to use your information. Then you either fuck those same chicks or you don't, if you do you write about her as well. If your experience was different than his then you write a different report because YMMV. Over time there are a number of reports and guys can get an idea of if a reviewer can be trusted.
