The bottom line is, if you take care of yourself, physically you can fuck better, and mentally you'll feel better. And to women, civilian or provider, confidence is sexy.
So, I have been pondering this idea for some time. I'm all for it, as seems to be the consensus.
(1) Create a better search and / or index function for your premium members. Maybe even something as simple as clicking on the user name to see previous posts. All of the member's reviews (either about a provider or authored by a gent) will be accessible. This would be really helpful for all of our traveling members; it can be tedious to search for info sometimes.
(2) Consider increasing your server storage (sorry, I'm not a techy) so that videos can be uploaded. Only premium members could access the videos. Providers could post their own videos, mongers can post their videos from a session, etc. Seriously. Dudes LOVE video. Dudes will pay for video. You can charge for access per video ($2 will unlock Molly's Raunchy in Reno video permanently, or $20 per month will unlock all videos).
(3) Create a 'review template'. This doesn't even have to be exclusive to premium members. It can just be a way to include all the pertinent info that mongers like to know about.
(4) Ad posting guidelines. We already have a 'one ad per day rule'. Premium members could have unlimited ad posting rights, and their ad posts could be posted instantaneously (no moderation. Hey A2 that saves you work!) Or, for the ones who 'copy and paste' the same ad, you could have a 'bump to the top' option for premium members.
(5) Photo verification. This may be a bit too much added work for you, A2. Monger reviews should be able to tell you if posted pics are accurate. But, for a brand new provider, this may be a great way to verify they aren't misrepresenting themselves.
(6) Separate hobbyist / provider only forums for premium members. This would help keep the white-knighting off the main boards, and can be a helpful place for info distribution.
(7) Premium Member Spotlights. This can be used as a reward for loyalty to the premium part of the site. Either focus on one monger / provider each month, or have a voting system to help decide who wins the honor.
(8) Premium Provider Banner Rotation. Rotate the pics of local premium providers across the top of all pages of their local forum.
(9) Have an 'available now' button for both providers and mongers.
(10) Create premium sections for fetishes, teens, watersports, and any other 'hot topics'.
(11) Chat module. While I think this is a great idea, I'm not so sure it will be used enough to justify the start-up cost. Other hobby sites with chat functions have little to no activity in their chat rooms the majority of the time (at least in my opinion).
(12) This may be a bit too much, but consider having an online 'pay' system. Lots of times guys have trouble securing and hiding hobby funds from their SO. If there was a way to charge them anywhere from $5-$50 per month, recurring, for an online subscription to 'ESPN worldwide sports digest' or to 'the Farmer's Almanac', that money could be their 'hobby savings account' and can be used to pay providers (with an appropriate surcharge for the site).
These ideas are mainly features from the numerous other hobby sites I have used. But, the more perks there are for premium membership, the more likely you will have customers willing to pay for the premium service.

Looks like this topic of physical appearance and expectations has gotten a lot of attention. I may have a very different approach and attitude to the hobby than most men. I have sex regularly at home, it's just boring and doesn't fulfill my extremely high sex drive, so I'm willing to pay for that thrill and excitement of fucking younger, less inhibited women without looking for a "mistress" to complicate my life.
I also enter into the hobby with the same priority as at home- make my woman cum and lust for me. That's what turns ME on the most. While I'm not naieve enough to believe all the moans and groans are authentic, I do know when a woman shakes and squirts with me, I've done my job! That turns me on more than a great blow job or hot body that just lays there. Like I've said, outward appearance is part of the attraction, but chemistry and performance matters more (to me).

If a provider advertises that she's a former Victoria's Secret model and she turns out to be homely, or if she posts pictures that are clearly not her, I say turn and walk away. I would do the same. However, if the ad boasts of sexual performance at a bargain price and not beauty (as in the case of Cassidy & others), don't schedule a date, then cancel when she turns out not to be a beauty queen. That's all I'm saying. The women on here deserve some decency on our part if we want to keep them in the business. That's my last post on this subject.

We would probably restrict it to guys posting what they were looking for, and chicks who did it answering. There comes a point when certain activity gets so obvious and blatant that the gestapo gets the feeling that they have to make an example of the participants. I'm sure everyone knows what I mean. Other than that, I love the idea.
