She can always negotiate down, but not up unless you request something for which she can charge special charges.

Her price structure is such that there appears to be wiggle room if you negotiate.

Her level of need for cash also comes into play and she would not want to change the entire price list for a temporary circumstance.

She would be a good catch if she opens up, just not sure she ever will and not willing to invest the time or funds to try when there are so many others out there.

I have a theory. Scammers may use some type of auto-posting software. Scam postings frequently are posted in Hernando county section. The craigslist location drop-down picker is alphabetized, hernando shows up first, so perhaps the posting software just posts in the first location, which is hernando in the case of the tampabay section.
