I've talked to others who have done it and it's not that expensive.

If any of you do plan on going book your flight to Puerto Plata which is not far from Sosua and you can just take a taxi for about $25 USD.

Blackbeards (Sex Resort).
Sosua Inn (Hoe Central).
I mentioned these hotels bc they are close to the action and are chica friendly which means you can bring an unlimited amount of hoes to your room, some hotels are not as guest friendly and will charge you to bring a chica to your room.
The good thing about staying in the Hotels is you have security which can be very helpful in the event a problem arises with a chica which is not uncommon. I think I've stayed at all the places you mentioned but my favorite was a place called Sea Breeze. It was owned by a Lebanese guy named Jihad (not kidding) and his sidekick was a Canadian who use to be an Elvis impersonator but hit it big when oil was found below his property so he lived full time in Sosua.
I once rented the top floor of a condo / hotel building with two of my friends. Three separate bedrooms, kitchen, tv room, outdoor deck and a huge outdoor hot tub. It was $30/ day each. We partied with and ran through so many girls that I can't possibly remember them all. My personal record was 17 girls in 6 days LOL.
You got ripped on the cabs though. $25 is the gringo price for the 6 min drive from the airport. I learned and either walked to the road or had a girl come get me. It was about 60 cents for the regular cab.
