So I struck out with Amber the brunette because she insisted on it upfront. So I continued up and right next Gogos on 29th (Pretty sure) I spot a different brunette, she looked good but not TGTBT necessarily.
I pull a 60 yards down and she approaches expecting her to hop in I didn't open the window so she opens the door. I ask her if she needs a ride and and she says something, wants to negotiate. Not really thinking correctly forgetting the monger rules I ask if I can touch her and she kind of allows it (she wasn't just like yea no prob) and all I really get is a bunch of paper in her bra. (Which is pretty common out there ime).
So kind of convinced she is cool I negotiate headache relief. Expecting her to hop in she tells me to pull up about 3 or 4 houses down and park next to certain garbage cans. I mean it made no sense why in the world would she not just hop in. So I told her ok and when she shut the door I made a uturn and didn't look back.
See to my understanding an arrest is a 3 legged stool. It needs an act, a form of compensation, and intent. In order to protect their case from an entrapment defense they need to shown intent to actually commit the offense, and that is the reason they usually have you meet them somewhere. I'm pretty sure I dodged a bullet there.
GoGo's is at 23rd, a well populated SW area. 29th is just before I-4. Possible it was Sherrie the approx 50 year old taller, slender WSW you encountered.
Sting Cops will never let you touch them. The Garbage cans are near the Bonfire, a well know spot for SW tell you it's a safe place. It can be safe, but I am not getting a BBBJ sitting in a driveway on 23rd. You're a sitting target. LOL.
Sting arrests are NOT a 3 legged stool in FL. All they need is an offer for any action that could be construed as an act of gratification, in exchange for anything of value. This means you CAN be charged for offering a pack of smokes for a KISS. Not likely to happen like that in normal life, but on OBT with a arrest-hungry sting operation, you never know. Once LEO has a tangible offer for some act even if you are joking, they have you. Will they ultimately win in that case? No, but why even put yourself in that situation.
Once you agreed to meet, you would have been arrested if it was a sting. Plus the busts have mostly been 6 miles to the south of where you were.

As soon as you put a price with an act, you are incriminated and you could have been arrested, even if they followed you out of the general area and then pulled you over. Plus, you touching her shows intent, even if you only got a handful of paper, LOL. And there are no "entrapment protections" in Florida. If you read the police reports, they usually state that "this was monitored for officers safety but not recorded". Pretty sure there is a reason for that. I also think that would be a great argument if it got to a jury, "why, with all the technology you have available would you NOT record the alleged violation?" I have implored plenty of girls to fight the charge and let it go to a jury, which I doubt the the State would ever do because they know what would most likely happen, but they always get cold feet and plead out. Another possibility is it could have also been a setup and she had her goons waiting for you. So, one way or another, it seems like you did dodge a bullet. Obviously, never negotiate through the window and never mention money at all until she is in the car and you have driven out of the area. Seems this go round, they kept the arrests in stealth mode to not draw attention instead of the usual shock and awe technique they like to use by swarming with their guns drawn. As always, stay safe!

Grain 56.
All they need is an offer, even if it's a joke. I was arrested once in OKC and all I did was roll down my window for a lady that looked like she had car trouble or something. Way too well dressed for the area she was in. She asked if I wanted a date and I replied yeah for a nickle maybe and rolled the window up in her face and drove away. 2 blocks down the street cop cars swarmed me like I just shot the president. I had 15 staples in my shoulder and 6 bucks in my pocket, but I went to jail anyway. The charges were dropped without ever going to court because a lawyer buddy set up a meeting with the prosecuter, but went to jail and had my car impounded none the less. When they do those sting operations they are looking for numbers to have printed in the local papers. They could care less if the charges are dropped or not, still made them look like they were earning their keep. They never report how many of those charges turned out to be bogis.

Their motivation is not to arrest criminals, but to score points and make the lives of people they don't like miserable, and it's incredibly easy for them to do. They knew that arresting someone for offering a sting a nickel was lame and would be beaten in court, but didn't care. All they knew was they could arrest someone and make their life hard for a while.
I once read a great saying from a lawyer: you can beat the rap, but you can't beat the ride, and that sums up exactly that cops have the ability to harass anyone they feel like (as well as arrest with little justification) with impunity.

In the van I was placed in waiting to be transported to jail there was a guy that had 3 kids in the car with him. You can't tell me a guy with 3 kids in the car was picking up a hooker. They put our names and pictures front page on the news paper and my picture was actually shown on every tv station on the news for 2 days. They even had my charges listed as having drug possession. It cost me $368 for bail and $293 to get my car out of impound. I got the bail back in the end, but the impound fee was just gone. I never actually went inside the jail though. When we pulled up at the jail they told us to form 2 lines, one for people that could pay their bail, and one for those that couldn't. I paid my bail, called a buddy to come get me, and went to get my car. I walked in my house to see my wife looking at my face on the evening news LOL. Luckily she knew it was bullshit with me having staples in my shoulder and only 6 bucks in my pocket. They were reporting that everyone arrested was facing 1 year in jail and a $10,000 fine. Even though my charges were dropped, that was probably the worst month of my life fighting the charges. All to make the police look like they were doing a great job locking up perverts.

Has anyone seen light skin Strawberry on the trail lately? If so what spot is she hanging at?
Has anyone seen light skin Strawberry on the trail lately? If so what spot is she hanging at?
Haven't seen her in a while, probably 7 or 8 months. At that time, she was back and forth between the bus stop in front of Wendy's by Consulate, her usual spot, and the entrance to the Burger King, where I had never seen her before. I have only seen her out I would guess twice in the last 2 years. Last time I talked to her, she had gotten a job in a restaurant and sounded like she was settling down with her "friend". Her phone no longer works. Good luck.

Stay safe out there and happy hunting.

November 1997, I was cruising / trolling OKC while visiting for 2 weeks. I came across an a lot of healthy young girls nightly. A real cut above compared to S. FL SW action on the Federal Highway. I became very confident every time I went out that I would find fun. It was colder than I had experienced in many, many years, (like 25 and windy), yet the girls were everywhere. Anyway, I turned down some numbered street near downtown at 1 a and it was like a COVID testing site with the line of cars. I rolled up to a stop and some big black dude asked me what I was looking for. I immediately said 'Nothing', rolled up my window and drove off. As I was driving away I picked up a tail, then two and I noticed a ghetto-bird was high in the air. Needless to say, I was tripping out thinking I was going be locked in the OKC pokie and how was I going to explain. Thankfully, something must've come up because both cops made a you and hit the lights. I went back to the hotel and instead opened the phone book. $150 delight was there within 45 minutes and I was was good to go.
