In my experience, the City of Orange is pretty hard to find FS. There are one or two, but they don't last long.
Santa Ana must have looser code enforcement, PD must be otherwise pre-occupied, whatever the reason, as a whole, Santa Ana is a better place for FS. Especially so on Tustin Ave, which is quite busy being parallel to the 55.

There's no Tustin Ave / St / whatever in Tustin. And I agree, no FS in Orange as far as I know.

What's up boys, found a hidden gem a few days ago. Usually would keep it to myself but I don't live in OC anymore so ima share some love.
