Prooman is right. This kind of thing is just stupid. But the folks who are running these places are smart and know how the game is played. They talk to each other in Wechat, Whatsapp groups, etc. When someone in OH has trouble, folks in NY and beyond hear about it right away. Seems to me like the last decade or so, most of the places I see are run by older Chinese women who are smart about business. Often with have backgrounds owning and / or running other businesses in the US or abroad. They find an office and set up shop, sometimes using it as a low-key place to quietly live. They contract with weird vendors (probably in China) to post the standard ad and fake photos wherever they can, often automated so we still see ads for places closed for months or longer. These folks know how to get all required licenses, and they have a network that can tell them how to get past any hurdles they encounter.

I'm thinking there must be a business reason that it's not worth the hassle with the licenses. Maybe it's more profitable and safer to just come in, get paid, and split if there's a sign of trouble. Bail on the lease and head to a slowly crumbling strip mall in a new place. There's perfect spots in every town in the US. I mean, am I right? Chinese business culture is very different and hard to get a handle on, but this sort of pattern is definitely not new. Places are constantly coming and going. Cultural pressure to be successfully devious in business is real, and may be part of the equation here.

We keep hearing that some places are doing weird sex slavery stuff but I've only seen those red flags outside the US. I see businesswomen hustling, getting after it. Got busted once was then a pet supply store (didn't sell pussy) when I asked Elaine if someone else was going to take it over she said she did not know. My guess someone will. Just have to wait and see, I think she knows more than she is saying just time for her to move on. Personalty I don't think the sex slavery stuff is a big problem here as some would bloke you to think.

Went there tonight simply because the weather turned to shit, wanted somewhere close to home and a massage sounded pretty damn good. Elaine said the city of Florence was closing her because she did not have a city license why did they wait 5-6 months I think it is time for her to move on because she wants to, I look for another owner to move in or the same owner to get new girls for the next 6-9 months will be fun to watch, I do like her and Evea will miss them.

I saw the same ad and followed my nose but it seemed like an odd location for an AMP that was a he spot. Very busy Kroger, Servattis, and other shops nearby. Waaay too much traffic imo.

After it went downhill. I loved that location because of the low traffic mall and private clean rooms.

I said in another thread that bad reviews don't seem to stop people on here at all especially with USAA girls and AMPs. Nothing short of a fully disclosed STD would stop many. Notice that I said, 'many'. Definitely not all.

I always wondered if going at opening or close to closing helps your chances, thanks for confirming that everyone is thinking like me.
