So there is a street I take all the time to get to work on the North Side of Chicago. I see it listed on the Clear Path reports from CPD, so I am aware that Uncle Leo is aware of SW activity as well. I have recently been making this trip later than I normally do. I am starting to see activity almost every night and often different girls every night. Sometimes I never see the same girl twice. Some, if not all looked a little too messed up for my taste, so I passed. I did see a guy that kept giving me a look, he was dressed like a regular guy. Those type of things are not for me so I just sped by him.

Coming back from Casino late Sat Night / early Sun morning (before time change) I was driving on Cicero Ave between Armitage and Belmont. There were a few SW's; one particularly caught my eye. She was young, dark hair, thin and on the short side. Could not have been older than 30. (Saw her again this am around 4:30 am and someone picked her up). I have seen her on Cicero Ave before.

What really caught my eye, though, was the several older gentlemen walking up and down Cicero between Diversey and Belmont, as well as one or two cars that seemed to be patroling the street as well. It appeared as if they all knew each other. They were not LE, but looked more like a neighborhood watch. I would not be surprised if they were reporting license plate numbers to their favorite uncle. When I turned around to reverse my direction they clearly were paying close attention to my car, as well as other cars. It was obvious they were not out for a midnight stroll.

If any other mongers were out on Sat night I would be interested to know if they observed this as well.
