Low fat and low, low, LOW sugar (the sugar industry is killing us). There's a daily herbal supplement called horny goat weed that some people swear by, and I think it helps me out. Avoid the chemicals (Viagra, Cialis, etc) unless you just can't get it up, which doesn't sound like your problem.
