Is the sign an commercial real estate broker or a more homemade "by owner" sort of sign.

I know him somewhat. He is maybe Indian or Pakistani. He is a very personable, motivated businessman, building a real estate portfolio. In my opinion he is not one to judge others for their choices. If he can make fair money with Melon as a tenant, I think he will do so.
