My recommendation is to not even bother :P I remember years ago I said to myself "man how will they stop all of this activity?" and it looks like it has happened. The streets are dead except for the same three SWs every night who do a sub par job. When the Sunshine motel shut down for renovation that stopped 94% of the activity since most of the SWs lived there for years.
