Avoid 18th st between broadway and algonquin. Avoid hill street between 11th and 18th. both of these are late night to avoid. look back through posts and you will find the good areas for mongering.

I drove to drive to Austin, IN last week.
I meet the Aprl so many have spoke of.
She so obvious walking down the street there was no question to what her business was. As reported she was walking down he middle of the street flippng her hair while strutting. I drove a few cirlcles to check for the boys who try to protect us every day. Sine none were to be seen I swopped down and grabbed her.
We shot the wind for a while. Then went for a drive in the country. Well most areas were flooded due to the storms. Finally, we founf a nice quite spot down some fields. Leo was out too but just parked next to the church on rural watching. I talked to a friend of mine and she said they were still enforcing but they couldn't be too much with at least 4 out walking. An earlier post says there is a town ordinance against picking up hitchhikers. Maybe uncle would have stopped and sited you if they saw her get in.
I took a drive around town Thursday afternoon around 2:00 PM. Didn't see a lot.
There was one lady brown hair looked to be in 40s or 50s walking along Osborn. Ive seen her out before. Not bad from afar but rough when you get close. She was carrying a bunch of bags.
Drove over to Red's hang out. Didn't see her but there was another red head at her place but she is much the worst for the wear.

I can tell you LEO has been hitting it HARD, especially in the OL area. I was cruising Friday around noon, and saw a cruiser parked and chatting with some of the more popular ladies outside an apartment.
He was there about 30min, and I didn't see any outcome. I saw no less than 5 cruisers on my circuit of about an hour. They usually hit it hard on the first of the month, but wow!
Ended up meeting Chocolate, a BSW about 30, 8+ on the sw scale. A little robotic, bot gets the job done nicely.

Since the implementation of a Metro government there has been a massive reassignment of police forces to that area from the East end. About two years ago there was an armed robbery with shots fired at a jewlery store on Shelbyville Road just east of Hurstbourne and the respsponse time of LEO was 20 minutes. More crime occurs from OL West.
