Found this ad yesterday. I called the number and some woman answered who sounded either stoned or half asleep at 2 pm. She could barely speak but told me she needed.175 and she would never get into a car. I googled the phone number and some Cincy escort service came up. Seems like that's the situation on a lot of local CL ads. The out of state numbers never seem to answer at all.
If anyone has had any luck on CL let me know.

You may discover the number is from a police station.
Google the girls name and/or phone number. She may have an escort site.
Check ThEotheR boards for reviews. If they are no reports or no such name then forget them, or there are some good reports, the more likely she is legit.
If you call the number never discuss sex for money on the phone. You could be talking to an LE sting. Also a pro will never discuss sex for money and if you do they will dismiss you as LE. If the girl does then she is stupid and doesn't know the law. Remember that a massage, strip tease or companionship for money is not illegal.
If you talk to her on the phone ask questions about her services without saying "how much for sex". Find out if she does out calls or in calls or both.
Beware of incall. Look for ads that offer both or outcall only. Does she has any reviews posted? Let her know you had bad experience and don't want that to happen again and see how she reacts.
LEO uses incall to trap Johns more often. Also ask about how she would like to be paid and see what she says. If she say something like leave the money on a table for her to see then she's a pro and knows the law.
I'm seeing reports that Sharonville has LE stings but no word about it on the news?!! So I don't know what is true.
If you make a date, allow yourself plenty of time. You want to arrive at an incall location like a hotel at least a half hour early and check the parking lot. If you see any LEOs, people sitting in unmarked cars, or any LEO type plates in the lot--BAIL.
Some in calls are at the provider's apartment or home and do the same check around the area. If you have them come to you then you have more control. LE will not come to your home or hotel. If she is visiting from another state, make sure there is a car with that state plate in the parking lot. Also if she comes to your place, wait outside in your car to see if she drives herself or has a driver.
After your experience then Post your experiences here, good or bad. If anybody that has any questions about what girls are legit we all know. Posting a review about a CL girl or an pro escort will have established the main hurdle we all want to get over.

I was out doing some yard work this afternoon when a friend of mine called to tell me about his run through OTR. I guess he was at the post office on Dalton and saw a very nice looking BSW walking along the parking lot. At first, he said he was sure she was civilian, especially since he had never seen her on any of the usual strolls and she seemed pretty well dressed. He said she looked really good but nothing is good enough to try without scoping out the area. So, in his words, they'll have to wait until another day to meet.
He said she was about 5'2", lightweight, short straight black hair, wearing a little hat and carrying (of all things) an umbrella. It was the umbrella that told him she was a civilian but her eyes told him she was dating.
The rest of OTR was pretty empty except for a heavier dose of corner boys than usual. He did mention that he saw some asian at Vine/McMic pulling a small little roller suitcase looking really out of place - like she was lost. She was definately civilian. He said she had that "oh my god where am I" look on here face. Past her twice and decided that he would pick her up the next pass just to offer her a ride out of the neighborhood if she was there the next time. Alas, she was gone whereever, hopefully safely.

Someone is screwing up the works for everyone else, and we may NEVER know who. Once you come out of your pocket Big Time over any SW, for any reason, you F_ck It Up for everyone. It just takes a few times, and the damage is done.
I saw a really decent WSW in the OTR/WE area, in fact there were 3-4 of them. All within a block or two of each other. Of course I had not seen these SW's before, or things would have been different. I finally got the approach range from my distance, and we caught Eye contact. She looked to be about 23-25y, and very naive. She was too uncertain getting into the car, so I had to be more than firm about getting in and shutting the door. She then did.
We did the OLD Security thing, and out of the area we go. She asked what I wanted, I told her everything, she said she normalyl gets "Sixty" and No Less.
I said, "Oh No, Not for this area. This ain't NYC / LAX. " She said that is what the other men (Tricks) have been paying. I said since when? She said she has been out for about 4 hour that day and 6 the day before, and was getting 60-75 for service. Now, I have my doubts, but she would not move on her price.
I then told her I'd let her out right here at the next corner, not far from where I picked her up, and she said fine. She was ready to get out. I have to believe if she were not getting that price, or had not been paid that, she would have worked out some kind of deal. She would rather have nothing than something.
She looked like she might be new to the crack scene, so it will be a matter of time before she will be discounting the price to 20-25 or less.
But for now, Sixty Dollar Street SW's is Totally UnAcceptable.
Even Forty Dollars is too high. Your Max should always be Thirty or less.
It was reported in a previous post during the Summer I think by Word, who warned us about SW, starting to ask for more money, because they knew they were better looking, than the rest of the available SW's in the area.
And there little Toy Pimps were making them ask for that price, and to settle for nothing less. The Pimps got arrested, and jailed, and the whole price scale collapsed.
If no one pays the price, then they have to stop asking for it, and the price will automatically fall, and keep falling.
It is just a few Bad Apples that Spoil it for the rest of Us, and You Know Who You Are. Don't you wanna "Head Smack them"!

I share Mr. Boombastic's sentiment on this one, . 6 is way out of line for a Cincy SW, particularly with the belt tightening many of us have had to do given the current economic conditions.
I've used the chatlines more than street prowling. There I've found some great gals who aren't addicts and have their own safe places and I don't drop any more than. 5. So, if it's a SW I'm going for I'd have to set the limit at. 4 for a half and half, and that's only if she's top notch.
Do NOT succumb to inflated fee schedules! Mr. Boomer says and did exactly the right thing, and so should all knowledgeable mongers.
While I do not aim for rock bottom prices, these are general Cincy rates:
0.2 + tip for BBBJCIM
0.4 + tip for CFS.

I took a tour through OTR streets recently, and was struck by how empty they are. I took a number of pictures for old times sake. "Old timers" will recognize them, for sure. And I don't think I am revealing anything new to LE since they have swept these streets clean. But sometime in the future, the spring flowers may bloom.
Here are comments from the past on the pix in the present:
McM before Race: Used to be extremely hot. Often three SWs in the single block. But LE has good surveillance from the church. Never wise to pick up there. Nada now.
McM at Race: This corner was an excellent pick up point. Same caution as above only more so.
Findlay East of the Market: Very hot drug zone. A friend of mine often met an SW there, but once had his wallet stolen by some brothers standing next to the playground (stretches from Vine to Findlay). Many crack houses within a stone's throw.
Shell Station on Liberty: WAY too open, but lots of SWs would hang around there. Side streets made a pick up possible. LE often sat in the station lot.
West on Findlay: Bust going down. There are so few SWs these days, I would guess this is a dealer getting busted.
I heard from a friend of a friend that LPH is also pretty quiet these days. He drove through yesterday and didn't see a soul. OTR was mighty quiet too - just one SW on McM/Race lookin' totally strung out.
I talked with him a little about the prices these days to make sure he's not over paying for services. He agreed that the last several folks he offered rides to were too high priced for his thin little wallet and every one of them was more than happy to just jump out rather than negotiate. Seems like a trend.
Makes a guy wonder if someone is helping the SWs learn a little ECON 101 and the laws of supply and demand. When the streets are a empty as G's pics show, there's not a lot of supply and prices will rise unless demand drops.
If there's going to be a price war between mongers addicted to pickups and SWs addicted to their drug of choice - the loser will be whoever has the stronger addiction. I gotta believe that mongers win this one if, and only if, they keep thinkin' with the big head instead of the little head. At some point, the craving for chemistry has to be stronger than the craving for a pickup.
Jackson often reminds us (appropriately) that this board is for guys looking for women so it seems a little out of place to be preaching a little abstinance but this may be a good time for a little sabbatical. Take some time off (of the SW scene) to help our local providers experience the other side of ECON 101 - when demand drops, prices must also drop.
That our 6 cents (my 2 cents, my friend's 2 cents, and his friend's 2 cents). Take it for what it's worth because that 6 cents won't get you a bbbjcim anywhere in the country (and if it does, you probably wouldn't want it) !!

Even if you are getting it from the Chat Line, on a $$per/min bases you are getting a better bargain than a street deal, especially if you are getting it on an hour base rate. Fifty for an hour is great. Fifty for a "Hit It and Quit It" is getting into being a little pricey, but far to the lower limit of that, so it is NOT a Bad Thing. You are still getting Safety & Security for your Money. Well, it should be a matter of Safety and a Secure place to do it at.
That is NOT always the case. You are walking into their territory, and their Scam. You have to be where. I have even had some women walk me through her place so I can feel secure. I gave them a line about being Scammed. They had no problem doing it. They wanted that Money/Cheddar.
[b]Anytime I negotiate a price, I always mentally have the set price 5-10 buck lower than the price I am willing to pay. If she wants 30, I tell 25w/5tip if she does well. If does not "No Tip"! I cut her a break anyway and give it to her, but only after I tell her I was NOT happy with her service.
If she settles for 20-25, again it is a price of 15-20 w/5tip. You will NEVER get this unless you can talk, about something more than "Hello". You have to be friendly, and make the SW feel you are a decent, nice, person, not rude, and crude. Being just a nice person will get you a whole lot more, and I mean a lot more extras, and she will come to you first over others, who might even pay more. I have had some SW's have the dude stop, jump out of their car, to get in mine. If that happened to any of you, I Apologize. It was her choice!
If she is a decent SW about an #8 or above, in Body & Face, she might have a slight atitude, and she will want more money. She knows it, the dealers have gotten there first, far before you, and they have told her so. Chances are she has hear it before them, at home or school/college.
Anyway, she will be wanting a starting price of 40, but you can almost always get her to 30-35, then you through in the 5-10 tip. She is often unwilling to go below 30 because she knows the streets and what the other girlz will take. Once you have negotiated the price ALWAYS tell her that you are paying this price because of her, and you won't pay this to anyone else, or to her again. Tell her this is a First Timer Price, but you like her, and want to be with her again, on a regular basis. She will see that as a good constant flow of money and very often will say, Yes. Set the price for next time, and hope she remembers. Be certain to get her digits, and call them while she is sitting in the car. These SW's change number so much, with lost and stolen phones that they can't remember new digits very well. I have been given old numbers before and they were wondering why I never called. I did to the wrong number. Then we got it straight, and after a few week again a new number, or no minutes.
If the SW thinks she is getting something special then she will be a lot more cooperative, and will remember you. If you can drive her to a store so she can pick up a few thing or be driven to get something to eat, she will she that as a PLUS, and treat you well. Not every SW is like this. Some are head Strong and expect it. Those you always be cautious of. They can turn on you in a second. They see themselves as Stars of the Streets.
Never ever drive her to get drugs. Never! If she needs drugs, then do the deed first, give her her money, and drop her azz off to do her drugs. Make that a "rule".
Lastly G-Man is right, watch out for the Tranny's for those of you who like me avoid them.

I now use a go between for the Ladies out there. Just tell the SW's you regularly use you want something different and tell her you are willing to pay a finders fee of 5-10, and see what happens. I get several calls a week and it works. Some call it Pimpin/Madam, I just call it referrals. They always have friends in need of cash and the friend is open, and unafraid because you come highly recommended and safe. One SW's I know just got ripped off/robbed of her purse, money, and drugs. She tried to Rip me off once, but I would let it. Now it happened to her, right near the old KFC. The pictures G-Man post if where the girls use to be. I always asked why they would hang around such a HOT area, and of course they said, because the tricks come by here. I knew that, but we do drive other areas. It is really because the deals are close by, and they don't have to go far to score. They are NEVER far from each other.

Looking at the Street $$per/min rate we really are paying the MOST, because we have less time to do anything. We may have to pay extra for a Short Room, or for what might be 15-20 of time. About a 1-1. 25 dollars per minute. Maybe a little more? This is why you have to play they game about not paying more for service.
It is bad enough Duke Energy is ripping-us-off, why let anyone else join that Club.

I saw the exact same ad and got curious enough to email. I received the same response. Definitely sounds like a scam.
I know that I'm new and haven't built up any trust yet but I'll throw this out anyway. I haven't picked up anyone in OTR in several years even though I drive through often to check it out. I've primarily used the chatlines or picked up girls in Madisonville (remember Destiny, the onetime escort? ), although that's gotten pretty dry in the last couple years. I don't like to stay in the car but often that's my only option. I don't have the luxury of a place nearby to go to and that's why I don't use OTR during the daytime. I wish a lot of the amateurs on CL would learn about this rule because they wouldn't get busted and be able to spot a sting.

In early December, 2007 there were the murder of four men in a Sharonville apartment. The victims, all from the same Mexican village, where beaten and then stabbed in the heart. Their bodies were discovered more than a week after their apparent deaths. Police are still searching for suspects and the motive for the gruesome murders remains a mystery. The person or persons who were responsible for that violent crime are still out on the loose. Where are the Sharonville LE on that one? Will they ever solve that big crime and other violent offenders instead of hookers.
What's also interesting was I was looking at the Ads on CL that night when the bust happened. I saw the Ads of the two 19 years old girls had posted that night. Now the all the Ads on the 5th and 6th are not only flagged but removed from the list. About 6 or seven Ads had been posted but now gone. After reading about the bust I went to look for the police reports on the girls. I also may have the mug shot of one of the girls but the report had already been pulled as well.
In the video LEO didn't want to release the girls right away so they can't warn others about the sting operation. Wasn't that nice of them.
Tell your local providers what's going on in Sharonville.

It must be apparent they can not get that kind of money in their area, so they are willing to travel to make it. The closer we get to having gambling in this area the more tv bust you will see and hear about. Bust the make just the news paper, few hear about. It is when they make tv news that state & federal gov'ts take notice, because you now have statistics to back things up. Then the locals take notice and everyone starts to then read the papers for more details, to see if it is in there area. If it is more stings, more stats, and more arrest. It's like the object in motion theory.
I want to feel sorry for the busted women, and to a point I do, but I also can't see charging 200-400 for fs is great either. That is vegas, lax, nyc, toronto prices. But I think you're both missing the most obvious. It is far easier to eat jelly donuts sitting in front of a computer screen than behind the wheel of a cruiser.
On a more serious note, I think this is completely driven by the jail issue. It's the county's way of saying to local residents "You need to give us (LEO) a new jail to help us protect you (Hamilton County Residents) from them (all those people who come into our county for mischief)." The reason they like to go after out of towners is so they don't mistakenly pick up one of the local high and mightys - that would create a helluva stir.

You are right, they are using the other places like sharonville to convince people that SW ohio and oki, is rampant with crime. And of course too many people believe it. Don't believe the "hype".

You will be sold out to protect those closets. But we do tell every week about what we post. This is because we became friends, then got on the forum. Many never post, but in the bull-crap sessions, you can't shut them up.
Oh yea, by the way dweezil, they have picked up high rollers in this city. And you are right, those arrest just go away. They never get arrested, by they pay a political cost like jerry springer did, if they don't play political football. Most times they do, because "leaks" can come from anywhere. Most with big buck ballers, can absorb the heat, but it does affect their future business dealings and how those dealings are looked upon.
We still have not scratched the surface, yet upon the goings on in this city. Too many "untold mysteries".

It's the county's way of saying to local residents "You need to give us (LEO) a new jail to help us protect you (Hamilton County Residents) from them (all those people who come into our county for mischief)." The reason they like to go after out of towners is so they don't mistakenly pick up one of the local high and mightys - that would create a helluva stir.

Jim, you are right, but this guy has something mentally wrong with he.

Jim, I have seen numerous times when I have had very decent SW's in the car or around me, and they started to "duck and cover" to avoid other men driving around trying to pick them up. They have told the men many times "NO", and they just won't stop. Often, that is why some of the SW's walk with a guy who is not a pimp to them, but more of a deterrent for the idiots. I have watch the guys circle the block around us as many as 5-7x, before they moved on.
Even when the girl tells him "NO", and even yells it at him, he won't stop. The other girls see this and they AVOID him to, but he won't stop.
These guys have some type of mental problems about women.
Often, I have heard the girls talk about these type of men, disrespecting them, trying to cheat them out of their money, trying to get more than they paid for, and many other things.
They have even tried offering to be their pimps, and to be their Sugar Daddy. It is all Bull, but they think the girls are buying it.
These guys are as suburban looking, as they come.
When you are talking about taking "No and Moving On", you are talking about men who use "Common Sense or UnCommon Sense". Jim I have learned that common sense is no longer common.
