That could've changed and if that's the case, I'd suggest trying to get into Knova, CP, or DMV so that you can use the SS of one of those appointments to get into the other agencies. Also a friend from SEA verified that Dodo / Peony was in SEA in Dec / Jan, tall / pretty but a bit reserved when she toured SEA, was told she used to work in LA's different kind of setup and wasn't familiar with GFE shop's routine. But that was Dec / Jan, 8 months ago.

The pic on ig seem to be close to what she looks like now. She didn't have the same type of makeup on when I saw her but I can see the resemblance IMO.
