In the last two weeks I have seen Jennifer (new) and Lilly. Lilly gives the best massage and the hot stones are great. Jennifer also gives a great massage but it is quite painful when she walks on your back. You may want to tell her to skip the back walking. So far, I have seen four different therapists there and have never been disappointed.

I finally made it to East West Massage which just opened last month. East West Massage is non-Oriental and located across from the hospital on 434 in Longwood. Becky is the owner and gives a great massage. She is already quite busy so if you plan on going, you need to make an appointment.

The first several times I was with her it was the standard R&T like Ginza. Sometimes she would ask for extra cash sometimes not. The massage was pretty good but nothing like Mae.
Like I said, over time I have developed a relationship here and always make a very late appointment so I can stay for a couple hours at least. Jane is quite an interesting lady and quite a conversationalist once you get to know her. Jane is different than Ginza, there is no TS, there is a DIY regular shower if you want. I have never had a body scrub there, not even sure where she could do one. Also, I have never seen anyone else there so the "all female staff" is accurate as it is just her unless she has hired someone in the last month or so.
So my assessment is that if you want to put in the time and develop a relationship with her lots of extras can be had. I just wouldn't expect too much up front.
I believe she is at. 8 for an hour now and of course you would need to negotiate beyond that.
I am quite suprised she is advertising on CL as I think she has a good roster of regular clients. I will be seeing her late this week so I will get more info on what she is up to.
I finally went to Ginza my last trip but didn't file a report as it was exactly as described here time and time again, saw Mae, great massage (best anywhere and I mean anywhere) and I left happy.

Was in town last week and ventured into Avalon for a little R&R. My report is mixed results. One the one hand, the massage was excellent (though pricey. 85) and I left feeling very relaxed. On the other hand. Well I had to use my other hand. There was nothing on the menu other than the massage. In fact it was a draped massage at that. That's when I knew I was in trouble.
So if you're looking for a great massage, this is the place but at least based on my experience that's all it is.

I took the advice and RTFF and checked out Ginza. First time to any AMP but what a great experience. I had Mae and everything was just as described. The TS was great, the massage was amazing, much better than the massages I have had for physical therapy. I had a back injury and get massages regularly to help with the pain, but Mae did wonders. The flip was as stated too, no negotiating needed. Left happy and want to return.
Question is, how many girls work at Ginza? I loved Mae but would like an alternative. Also, I have heard good things about Natural Therapies but also heard the HS is extra. What are the prices and what is a good pick on a younger (20s) girl?
