The bottom line is that putting an address of an MP and reporting what happened here in a forum is:

A) the purpose of these forums and the content is what makes the owner of this site money
B) is not going to jeopardize the closure of an MP

All the same, not sure what a 'sex offender ticket' would be in this situation. Assuming it was a man, police wrote some kind of moving violation, having nothing to do with the parlor.

Now, having said that much, the moving violation was likely for crossing a double yellow, or the double white lines, either way, it's a violation. Doubt the PD wrote both and only a violation for crossing the double yellow lines in the center of the street.

So, careful guys, coming / going from here. Too easy to cross the double yellow and have to pay for the citation.

I've never heard of it happening around here, but I have heard of the tactic where cops scout out guys leaving an MP, then pull them over a couple blocks away for some bullshit traffic violation. If I'm not mistaken that happened to Kraft in the Orchids of Asia thing in Florida. Most people are going to commit some kind of driving violation or another at some point, even if it's going 1 MPH over the speed limit. So they pull you over for the ticket, and then give you shit about coming out of the MP. For some guys it could be trouble with the family right there, having to explain how you got a traffic ticket in a part of town you had no business being in. So I wouldn't at all put it past cops to pull the same shit here if they saw a ripe opportunity.

It happened to me in SGV at a very busy mall next to Hilton. I doubt if the cop can see me without targeting the door of the MP which has a small door front like anybody else on the 2nd floor of a 3 storey building with lots of foot traffic especially in the stairs. My crime is crossing the double yellow line on the side street. I told him I don't live there but he says it's illegal in all states. But I do that all the time in OC to get into strip malls, gas station, and everything else. No worries. I love Chinese culture and went there for some paintings, the reason I was there.

I ran a red light near a SW track in LA. The cop checked the address on the license and told me to go home. In the big parking lot at the Santana track, I was talking with my SW friend in my car. We weren't doing anything illegal so we put our guard down. A cop try to arrest us anyway. After checking me thoroughly with headquarter and sitting on the ground for a long time, he let me go.

You'd have to get an officer that is single, probably non-religious. It might be desired that the interaction be recorded, which also may not be wanted. Of course, if recorded or just being broadcast to others nearby, sure could see how performance anxiety could set in as well.

My opinion, getting caught up in a bust / sting could be a big problem for many. I'd say, at the very least, ones name would be included in the LE report, and reaches a maximum of conviction, and nearly everything in between.

Conviction, doesn't seem too likely, they would need to take the word of the lady involved.

The place was under investigation for months including putting cameras in the place. Later an appeals court found the police violated the rights of the men in the tapes and it couldn't be used in court. Had nothing to do with his limo having a turn signal out and he got busted on a traffic stop for being a sexpest.

Now, according to attorneys that specialize in criminal cases, getting cited for prostitution and having to register as a sex offender, isn't all that common. Suppose, if the right circumstances were there, the girl was under age, well that is not a situation that I'd want to try to get out of, even if I thought she looked 30.

As far as a bullshit stop. I have no reason to not 'believe' you, if the cops pulled the guy over before getting onto or while on the 55, he would have made a left turn from Hypno, crossing the double yellow and the double white. That driveway is pretty close to the intersection, broke the law would double lines, so in my opinion, a very valid reason to cite someone.

Going back to Sex Offender. Going back to the late 1980's, do recall seeing an article in OC Register about strip clubs in Anaheim. Obviously, 1980's is a long time ago, so just can't with clarity recall fine details. Do recall the article mentioning the possibility of the system seeking sex offender registration. IIRC, Anaheim was trying to clear out the strip clubs, which we know was a failure since Flamingo and Saraha are still both in business all these years later.

So, at one time, the threat of Sex Offender may have been real, but not today.

If you commit a traffic violation as you were driving away, then it is the same as if you left any other business in Santa Ana.

Now, if the place is under investigation and the cop pulls someone over who left under the guise of a traffic stop and the person is asked what took place in their and they admit to having sex, then the guy is an idiot, but not sure that it would put the guy in a position to charge. They may be able to use the admission as a pretext to try to bust an MP for providing sexual services for a fee. They'd probably have to get a court order, or other form of escalation to within the department to spend the time and funds, to send in an undercover cop with a wire or hidden camera because they need more than the cops word vs the MP worker. The worker can claim they were intimidated to do it or coerced, which a good defense attorney would be able to sell to a jury.

Please sight your sources. Sounds like hearsay. I don't think you understand how law-enforcement works. If there's an organized raid, it begins at department headquarters and has to have an over abundance of probable cause. They want convictions. Raids require scores to 100's of hour of PD department's time and resources $$. Law enforcement has to show effectiveness to justify budgets -that's how it work.

Officer makes a traffic stop, it is his duty, to report to dispatchers, what he is doing. Not only duty, it is for his safety and accountability.

There is no way a traffic stop turns into a solicitation citation, unless both parties are in the car, and make the deal right in front of the officer that made the traffic stop. Since the person pulled away from Hypno, crossed two sets of double lines, very safe to say, that is why the traffic stop was initiated.

Most likely, the officer didn't even see the person go out the front door of Hypno. The person could have come from any one of the other businesses in that center. Could have been one of the business owners themselves.

As far as LE goes, it is run like a large business. If you have never worked for a large business, maybe you wouldn't know how this stuff works. Patrol cops, while they might be the eye's and ears on the street, their job is not to investigate, that is another group of LE, that specializes in investigations and more specifically investigations of that particular crime.

When gathering evidence, if physical, there is chain of custody that must be maintained. If not physical, then likely other special procedures to maintain integrity of evidence.

LE doesn't really work like we see on TV. The patrol cop doesn't go out, find a crime, and investigate it all the way to arrest. Patrol cop, might do portions in course of patrolling, but that is it.

In Santa Ana, to be a massage technician, in accordance with Santa Ana Ordinances, the technician must have a CAMTC certificate. Safe to say, bet none of the Hypno ladies have one. So, if there were to be a 'bust' per se, it likely would be just for CAMTC certificates. Low hanging fruit, easy to do I'd think.

That is exactly how it played out. Police placed camera's within the premises. Well known case, received national attention.

It is very easy to google, massage judge ordered video destroyed. As large of a case this was, as much as it was mentioned in the nightly news and other press, not sure how one could have missed this?

Police got a warrant, executed the warrant under the guise of a bomb threat. Got all occupants out of the building, placed cameras and left. Continued investigation, X shows up one day and due to his being a public figure of sorts, this case became national news.
If he never showed up, it is doubtful this would have been anything more than a small bit piece in the local news, making it impossible to find.

Vehicle citations generally don't lead to sex offender arrests if you don't mention anything if you get pulled over. Be extra careful when leaving an MP and if you do get pulled over, don't speak unless spoken to and don't offer any extra information. If they confront you on the MP visit (probably unlikely), just say it was a massage. That's it, completely legal.

Still, I don't want Admin to feel unappreciated. It takes a huge amount of works to get a site like this going, get members onto it, and keep discussions civil. When I joined 15 years ago USASG was very well established even then. As with most anonymous sites, there are a few guys so churned up inside, flailing anger, that they would just verbally stun-gun the rest of us into numbness, were it not for the moderation we do get.

Guy / Gal deserves a break from all this, not to mention there are 50 states, most of which have more than one thread within the State thread.

An impossible task, to monitor that many threads without allowing some off topic items thru. In addition to that, not sure that any of us want admin2 micromanaging the thread either.

They used to contact us from time to time and ask and we always answered the same "we don't know, we collect no personal info" so they don't even ask us anymore.

Here's the big thing though, cops know before you do which places are offering sex for money. They know because when some site or spa gets a license to do business the clerk who takes the application calls up whichever cop she's fucking that week and tells him. Then they send a car over to wherever that place is and see if hookerish types go to work, if they do they tell their bosses and whenever the bosses need something they tell them to bust it to make the PD look good. What you write here does nothing in that process.

We know that for two reasons:

1. After 20 years and SIX fucking million posts not a single one has ever, not one fucking time, been used as evidence

and

2. If the cops could use this site for evidence they wouldn't wait for you knuckleheads to post they would just go to a public library, register a fucking user and post whatever the fuck they wanted they wouldn't wait for you guys to do it.

So apparently a member here has been harassing a particular spa and some of the girls that work here because the spa owner banned him and notified other spas in the area of what he did so they have banned him too. She asked me if I was a member here. When I told her yes she asked if I would post a letter from her to the rest of us explaining what he is doing. Fake reviews, fake accounts, fake posts, etc. Even leaving fake yelp reviews. I told her I would check here first.

I'm guessing, her spa isn't FS, and he's posting reviews with FS? Am a little curious how she would know / suspect him, or better yet, how she would share his details with other spas, unless something about him is fairly unique.

He had an incident with one of the girls that got him banned. Now he is spreading absolute lie after lie on every board, review site, like I said even yelp. It's not hard at all to spot his fake accounts once you know the details of the situation. And anyone here that calls him out on it either gets banned from the site or accused of being her. I've been watching it and have since become pretty good friends with this spa owner and it is a bit ridiculous. A 60 year old man behaving like he's in jr high school. It's embarrassing actually. She just wants to let all of the other clients understand why her screening has changed and clear the air on what he is doing and why he is doing it. She's actually kind of thankful he's been such a tool, it has improved her shop and her processes dramatically. LOL.

After she told me what she told me, I went back and started reading his posts, reviews, etc. It's so blatantly obvious what's real and what's fake. Even the fake accounts he creates to post reviews stand out like a sore thumb. I dislike drama as much as the rest of you but it's tough to watch someone's good name and reputation being dragged through the mud with lie after lie by a scorned keyboard warrior. I will talk to her again and think about posting her letter. I just don't want to have an admin upset with me is all.

Further, most own more than one shop, some multiple dozens of them. A ban at one shop could easily be applied to several others. Perhaps he was foolish enough to out himself. I'll leave the punditry on whether to post the letter or not to other members. The question I would ask myself is, "What value is there in posting the letter here?" It may out the guy and affect business at the affected shops. Might lead the guy to change monikers, if he hasn't changed it many times already.

In the end a dick will be a dick no matter whether the anonymity of this board protects him or not.

Many MP's own multiple locations are are friendly with each other, so it is not too surprising that they are able to share this information. The girls talk to each other and are in several group texts to share availability and information, so it is not super surprising if he is a terrible client, and they want to inform other locations to prevent them from having similar issues or run-ins with him. They generally try to protect their own as best they can to keep their workers safe.
