Another question for all,
I've read in some of the other city threads about questions on action in Tanning Salons. Is this a possibility? I've used tanning services in the past, and for those of you who haven't let me tell you, the women who work the front desks of these places put most women to shame. If an encounter were possible there, I would be first in line. Has anyone had any luck in any of these places? If so, what is the approach and what is the best sign to tell which are legit and which are fun?
Also I read back a bit in this forum and saw a question about fun chiropractors, any new developments on this topic? Happy hunting gentleman!

I have seen plenty of daytime SW activity on ECB between 805 and texas, but funds were lacking so I could not partake. Hope that helps in the hunt!

I received a few PM's in regards to my posting of an experience with an incall named Diane. I consulted with THE MAN himself about giving the info to members who haven't posted any info of their own (LE concerns). Now I know that I am a Newbie myself, but I HAVE posted all of my own relevant experiences, and I believe that all others should as well. I actually think that lurking should only be allowed for a limited time before a post of your own experiences should be required. I only lurked for a week before signing up and posting myself. I am not going to directly give up the contact info for Diane, but I will tell you where you can find it. I found everything myself, before ever seeing the WSG, on the net. Just do a search for "escorts" and 3 or 4 escort directory websites should come up. Now go to their San Diego sections and look for our fine lady. If she isn't in the first site you look in, keep looking! Patience and persistence will prevail! Also for the members who don't know about it already, there is a pay website where members actually post their experiences with these lovely ladies in great detail, along with price and appearance info as well (much like this site!). It's initials are *** and you will find links to it in most of the escort directories. If you post info on that site it will pay for your registration. Although you may have to pay for your initial registration, believe me, the money you will save by avoiding rip-off artists will be worth it. I have no vested interest in this site, I only know that it has saved me money already. And yes, there are PAGES of reviews on Diane, she is quite popular.
In closing gentleman, it is not my mission to be difficult. But I think that it is unfair for some people to receive valuable info freely through other's sometimes costly trial and error. If you look at my posts you will see that I have asked plenty of questions, but I have also provided info when and where I could. Just wondering...
I have seen postings from cities up north (Los Angeles, Orange County) about asian tea shops being fronts for action, similar to AMPs.
Recently lots of asian tea shops have been springing up in asian business areas like ECB and Kerney Mesa.
I haven't sniffed any of them out but I may partake in a few cups of tea to find out.

Took a cruise Friday evening. Saw a few new wsw's recently. Saw this one tall blonde. She looked good, but I did not get a good look at her.
There was also another story in the Union tribune about this teen prostitution ring in SD. I have seen a few teen sw's. This is probably why the cops decided to crack down so hard a few weeks ago. So play it safe and avoid the jail bait. These girls just give our hobby a bad reputation and bring a lot of heat down on all of us.

Just got back from a friends house near 71st and ECB. There was a blonde WSG walking near the old Mex seafood place. My friend who isn't a SG said that hooker is a cop, she sets guys up for the police. She was busted and is now working it off.
I'm 50/50 on it, but there was a female officer in the area that did a u-turn towards this blonde - but never stopped her. hmmmmm

Does not really suprise me, sometimes the cops will run stings when things are really dead. I remember a few years back the cops ran a sting at the Main st Motel. At the time Main st was really dead.

I've been frequenting the AMP's up north quite a bit lately. Escondido isn't really that far to go and the service I think has been outstanding. Actually I think the action is picking up a a bit for the better. At least now there is a few good looking wsw's. Last month it was a lot of bsw's and the cops cracked down. I just wish there was more local girls working.

I got to fly ECB this evening. I was amazed it was busier than usual...
I saw a really amazing WSW brunette in her 20's near Chaser's. She was getting a talking to from the PD. The down along the big building two blocks east of ECB/Texas there was five (2 wsw and 3 bsw) holding up the corner.
There was also something crazy going down on ECB 5-10 blocks west of College. They had east and westbound ECB closed with vans and flares for 4-5 blocks. When I looked back after the detour I saw lots of black and whites parked and flares and stuff. Must have been a homicide or a shoot out. Despite the drama with the road blocked off they still managed to spare a few cruisers to hassle working girls..
That can be a crazy street sometimes.

The cops are really pushing *hard* now. There is a story on the NBC website (www.nbcsandiego.com) about the SD vice squad now posting ficticious ads on local provider websites, making arrangements via email and/or phone using a female vice officer and then arresting the guy in the hotel, "her place" or even at his own house.
With all the other serious crime in this city you would think they would have better things to do than reach out into cyberspace. Streetwalkers and the effect they have on businesses and pedestrians I can sort of understand in some Orwellian way but running online stings? Geez, talk about trying to legislate morality.
Hopefully we get a democrat/liberal for a mayor and the PD gets hammered with some budget shortfalls or something.

The El Cajon city police ran a sting and car seizure operation last night. I was a bit suprised that the ECC cops ran a sting. Seems strange that they are running a sting when things are so dead out there.
I sort of get the impression that the cops run stings to improve their own image.

I agree with everyone about the stings being a bunch of bs. They are catching mostly 1st timers and those not careful (those who would you a bad name). The news is making a big hype out of it. They do these stings every year. The only change is the impounding cars. The rates of arrests and stings haven't changed in the last few years, Its just a push in the media for more attention to it.

SAN DIEGO – A man was carjacked in Barrio Logan after being forced to strip, authorities said.
Santiago Gomez told police that he asked a woman for directions in the 3600 block of Main Street just after 7 p.m. yesterday, said San Diego police Sgt. Rey Armstrong.
The woman directed Gomez around the corner to Dalbergia Street, where a man approached Gomez's car and threatened him with a shotgun, Armstrong said.
The suspect forced Gomez to remove all of his clothing and get out of the car, leaving his belongings inside, Armstrong said.
The woman who initially gave Gomez directions got into the car with the male suspect, and the pair drove off in Gomez's 1990 Mercury Sable, license plate number 3XOP209, Armstrong said.
The male suspect is a black man in his mid-20s, about 6-feet tall, 180 pounds. He wore a Pendleton-style shirt over a white T-shirt and a white rag on his head, Armstrong said. The woman is described as black, in her late teens, about 5-foot-6, with thin hair braids, Armstrong said.
Anyone with information about the suspects or the carjacking was urged to call the San Diego Police Department at (619) 531-2000.

Okay, San Diego isn't my usual haunt, just a vacation destination, so rather than make hasty judgements I'll ask the local mongers for some assistance! There is this Internet site called HotLocalescorts.com, and there are a couple of very attractive young Black ladies listed, that have the same phone number, so I guess they could be working together or else it cold be an LE sting, as I originally suspected. Their names are Mercedes and Karamel, if you want the number to investigate further PM me, as I don't think Jackson would apapreciate me posting it here. Where did you see this story?
I heard of another reported carjacking near University Av about a year ago. The story was reported in the Union trib.
There is the possiblity that this could happen, but I think it's highly unlikely. The prostitution trade is generally prone to this type of crime.
The action by Main & Division is pretty dead anyway. The area does tend to attract some gang banger types.

This story was in the UT. This guy was renting a girl or buying dope. I'm surprised there are no SG near the Naval station. Everytime a cut thru there on my way to Nasty City I see a few prospects, but the sting thing happens way too often.

Did you read the whole article? This just confirms two things...the declining of activity there resulting in low arrest rates, or The sw's that are there are in such small amounts, that they just get ran out of there as soon as a 5-O discover them.
Isn't that the goal of the 5-O is to decrease whatever activity is the problem...if that is the case no arrests in 2003? Then why a sting?
Maybe to keep in practice for a rainy day!

Maybe the reduced arrest rates for SWs and solicitors is the reason for the increased stings and LE activity.
With the local and state budget crisis being what it is maybe the cops thihnk that if they aren't arresting as many or the numbers are down then their budgets will get slashed and they will be forced to lay off cops and scale back their operations.
If you are a conspiracy theorist this makes sense. The military does stuff like this all of the time. Shoot up all the excess ammunition at the end of the year or next year's ammo budget will get reduced to the level you legitimately used.
Think about it... could be happening.
