I couldn't think of a more worthless site than SA, 70% of them on there think they can make money by sending pics and videos, 20% are outright scam artists, 5% will meet for your monthly rent, 5% will meet for you refinancing your house. 1. Meet publicly for lunch or coffee, first, obviously. And let her know if all goes well that you all will move on to step 2 immediately.
2. Don't take her to your place (if that's even an option) on a first date. Tell her you will be getting a room for you all once your meeting is over.
3. Negotiate the room price into the date. Offer 150 and explain to her that you'll be paying for the room, as well.

If you've paid your membership go ahead and send your text number (or ask for theirs) to take the convo offline as early in the process as possible. Sometimes it takes a few messages back and forth.
To answer your question yes it is somewhat different from straight pros although the fundamental elements are the same (fucking for cash). Many of these girls are not pros (although you'll also find some on there) so there are no posted 'rates'. You'll have to find out what they want / need and see if you're compatible in what you're seeking. Don't be put off by 19 although if you think she's underage ask for I'd.
