Near 0% chances of them releasing / publishing photos.

Chances of tracking you down, doesn't seem likely. They shut the place down, that is probably all the interest the have. Suppose, very low chance, they could call contact you, ask if you have ever been there. You simply tell them, you only speak to LE via your attorney. It would be nutty if you said that and their was further pursuit.

While not impossible, it seems incredibly rare that the men get caught up. The football team owner in FL a couple few years ago, seems to be the exception, wildly different from almost all other publicized cases.

I agree. Unless they had your license plate not much they can do. The police will not waste their time tracking guys down for such a minor crime.

The most they "might" do would be warn you about the possibility of infection by STD "IF" they had arrested one of the ladies and she tested positive. If you had walked in while they were executing the search warrant and arrest, at most they might have stopped you to ask you some questions-however they would not have threatened arrest nor done anything more than warn you to leave because the business was being shutdown. Again, your mere presence at the scene is not legal reason to bother you. Back in the 80's, when the street girls were more present in San Diego, El Cajon Blvd. Was a nightmare for traffic because mongers would cruise looking to pickup girls. The only thing SDPD could do was stop you for impeding traffic or committing a traffic violation. They sometimes would pull you over if you picked up a known working girl, but all they would (and legally could) do was give you a lecture about the safety concerns associated with streetwalkers. There is that one parlor in FL where a NFL owner got caught up in stuff. So, they catch you balls deep, be polite, and don't speak up, invoke your right to an attorney.

The DC agency bust that happened over the Winter, that is a little different. Some of those clients are probably under investigation, as some of those customers were elected / appointed government officials, with various levels of clearance, making them targets for blackmail.

Most of us here, in the public eye are nobodies. If you are a very wealthy guy, have government ties of some kind, in the legal profession, or other things like that, well leaving ones I'd with an agency might not be highly recommended.

As far as these agencies, sure the name you give is on their list. That list, could wind up in the hands of LE. I don't recall hearing of these lists being released to the public, but certainly could and that would be the true concern, my name on a list, somehow gets on the Internet, with very little way of covering that up.

Parlors, they don't usually have customer lists.

This was a long time ago at the once famous Minato. I rolled up to the back door and I didn't notice any of the PD until I was walking down the ramp to the door. I did a quick 180° back to the parking lot and one of the female PD yelled at me to stop. She came after me with the quickness of a rookie and slapped the cuffs on me. I got detained for 30 minutes. They asked all kind of questions I didn't say anything. They searched my truck and didn't find anything. Be smart if you are out there having fun. Don't have that big bag of yeayo in your car or worse in your pocket. At least put it away in a safe place. Anyway they had nothing on me and let me go. Just an annoyance that I was jammed up for 30 minutes. The girls were in the back crying up a storm trying to get sympathy from the cops. Business as usual the next day.
