Bars are now where the losers with no money go to perch and leer. See my strip club guide, part 2: the customers, posted on 1/4/07. If you want action, sit at the tables or at the stage.

When I have a couple of hours to waste I will read your 'guide'. I've been going to topless bars for over 40 years and use to hang out in SF when topless first became legal. A number of us at the bar laugh at the 'losers' sitting at the tables.

When I recently visited Curves, I immediately looked for a bar stool, from where I could scope the girls and the place out. At the time the place was packed, so I sat there nursing a beer. A really cute girl walks by and I gave her the 'double-take'. She noticed and came up to talk to me. She mentioned that "I smelled nice". I said that I had just left a friend's house and took a shower. She said that a lot of guys in there stink and was happy to visit with me. I had a couple of dances with her, but nothing great happened.
I agree with SH, that the best action will be available only if you are at at table.
My intention, while siitting at the bar, is always to find the most advantagous table to move to. I do believe that the SC situation here differs greatly from other areas.
Just my thoughts on the matter.

Thanks for reading the entire post. I have found over the years that the quality dancers will flush out those of us at the bar who are there to drink and be entertained and they generally turn out to be nicer to us when they know we are not there just to fondle them. When they do approach us and start talking, they talk about the guys with a lot of money and how they enjoy taking it from them. It tends to work out for myself and other 'older' gents. Cheers

After re-reading my post about customers sitting at the bar, I realize I was unjustifiably harsh. I was actually quoting the dancer that helped me compose that portion of my strip club guide without realizing I was making personal aspersions. I apologize.
The point I was trying to make is that the dancers, according to my sources in several clubs, avoid the bar customers because they take up their time chit chatting without making them any money. Again, according to my sources.

But all I am simply looking for is a Nogales alternative on the same scale as how it used to be in Nogi. At the end of the night. No matter how you sliced it. There was definite options
I am not an AZ resident but pass through time to time. And with Nogales in the state that it is. I would love to find replaceable alternatives in tucson. So the whole relationship building kind of deal doesn't work as well for me when your looking for an ends to the means by the end of the night or even afternoon.

The way I read SH's reports are simple, YMMV. That means in plain engrish that end of the rainbow is a crapshoot that a guy passing thru is probably gonna lose--AZ Lottery may be a better choice.
