Finding BBFS is rare in this price range, but this has little to do with getting less services for your money. You are paying for looks, timeliness, cleanliness and a generally higher level of professionalism.
In most cases, these ladies tend to be less drug addicted, are often better educated, and many actually make enough money to afford decent homes. They are thus less needy of a quick fix and are less willing to take risks just for a buck. This is especially true of touring women, who don't have "regulars" in town who can see them frequently enough to build up a BBFS-level of trust.
Not saying it isn't possible (I've had a few -- VERY few), but you really have to work at finding them, and it could take many visits to get to that level.

If you want a BB girl it's not impossible, but you have to put your time in and develop a trust, at least for the kind of girl that would be safe to go BB with.
