I think it's important to remember that a lot of the ladies don't offer the service to anyone who calls / texts / messages. If they do, they might be the ones you don't want to explore with anyway. But if you are respectful in your inquiry and clean and well kept when you meet your chances are dramatically better and frequently it will result in your getting what you want whereas the other guy who is rude or unbathed isn't getting anything.
Interestingly there is a column in the discussion area about 'BBFS' and several of the "ladies" are all belligerent about how horrible it is, how unsafe and unclean, how dangerous it is yadda yadda yadda.
