First off, I am a senior. Very senior. Member. But I had to change my login, been doing this since Trashman days. But the question isn't an RTFF. Do the Baltimore police have jurisdiction to impound and keep your car for solicitation? Let's just say, the only car I drive these days would definitly be targeted for confiscation if they can do that (it's a 100 K car). Not asking about the prudence of driving around Wilkins in a car that costs two times the price of many of the rowhouses. Just if it can be confiscated if they suspect me of solicitation.

They'd be within their rights to stop you, ask what you are doing in the neighborhood, and tell you to get lost. But to actually take your car, you would have to commit some sort of crime. If you picked up an undercover, probably.
