This doesn't mean that you shouldn't be careful. The closest to being busted I ever experienced was when I picked up a streetwalker and was pulled over less than a minute later. Us) you call and do the two or three calls system to get to her spot, you've already committed intent. The actual "punishment" for the male and female involved in this is very miniscule. It's a slap on the wrist, no different than being caught with a little bit of marijuana. The real pain is in having your pics, name, address published for all to see once you are arrested.

In that sense, it's no different than police in drug or gang units who arrest individuals knowing that they have no real charges against them. They go into it knowing that the suspect will get the case dismissed, or that they will beat the charges. Their goal is to waste their time, build an arrest history, etc. So a cop can tell you anything he wants to, because you can ask 10 cops the same legal question and 10 cops will give you different answers. It doesn't matter if the LEOs running the sting disagree with your buddies strict accordance to the "law".

But hey, if using code words, envelops, and all of those "safe" things eases your mind, then stick with it. Just like I laugh when I hear this question on the phone, "Are you LEO? Yes you intelligent woman, because LEO aren't allowed to say "No". LOL.

I've never understood this one myself. Publishing names and photos before the people are charged let alone convicted seems like humiliation for it's own sake. Solution: only use the services of trusted / well reviewed providers and leave as soon as anything seems out of the ordinary. It can be done a lot more cheaply that you might think. For starters, check out Blackbeard's in the Dominican Republic or Sportsmane's Lodge in Costa Rica. Latinas are the best service providers in the world. Of course, all this assumes you can afford it, but if you monger frequently in SC then you probably have enough discretionary income to monger overseas. If you are in the higher income brackets, check out the termas is Rio or the FKK clubs in Germany, especially Frankfurt. And forget Nevada; you'll only get gouged.

All this is just a suggestion; take it or leave it. But let's face it guys, just about anything is better than Columbia.
