Unless you have an infection that is currently active, it would only show up on a blood test, while newly acquired and active infections might now show up on a blood test yet, but would be detected by a vaginal swab. As for a chest x-ray, that could only be looking for tuberculosis. I'm not sure if that is the norm to be screened for TB to get a license, but I can't think of anything else you would be looking for with one.
